The E-Journal of Science and Emerging Technologies (EJSET) operates under an open-access publishing model to ensure that all published research is freely accessible to readers worldwide without subscription barriers.
To support the costs associated with editorial management, peer review coordination, manuscript processing, digital hosting, indexing, archiving, and long-term preservation, the journal charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted manuscripts.

- Applicable To: Accepted manuscripts only
- Submission Fee: No submission charges
- Peer Review Fee: No review charges
- Payment Timing: After final acceptance and before publication
The APC is charged only after a manuscript has successfully completed the peer review process and received formal acceptance.

- APCs are non-refundable once the article is published.

Waiver & Discount Policy
EJSET may consider partial or full APC waivers in special cases, such as:
- Authors from economically disadvantaged regions
- Early-career researchers or full-time students
- Special issues approved by the Editorial Board
Waiver requests must be submitted prior to publication and are subject to editorial approval.
