Abstract

 In today’s globalized business environment, multinational corporations (MNCs) are increasingly faced with the need to optimize their operations in order to remain competitive. One effective way to achieve this is by implementing process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma. Both approaches have been widely adopted in various industries to improve quality, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
