Abstract

In today’s globalized business environment, multinational corporations (MNCs) are increasingly faced with the need to optimize their operations in order to remain competitive. One effective way to achieve this is by implementing process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma. Both approaches have been widely adopted in various industries to improve quality, reduce waste, and enhance productivity. This paper examines how MNCs can leverage Lean and Six Sigma principles to improve their operations, focusing on case studies and practical applications within multinational firms. By integrating these methodologies, companies can streamline their processes, minimize defects, and maximize efficiency. This research provides insights into the challenges and benefits of implementing Lean and Six Sigma in diverse organizational contexts and offers recommendations for successful deployment.
